Professional Auditing Services Proposals
The City of Madison, Florida, pursuant to Chapter 11.45, Florida Statutes and the procedures of the City of Madison, is currently accepting Proposals for Professional Auditing Services. The successful proposer is required to be an independent certified public accountant licensed to practice in the State of Florida. The successful proposer will be required to enter into a three-year service contract with the City.
Certified public accountant(s) who are interested in providing this service may obtain a Request for Proposal at Madison City Hall, 321 SW Rutledge Street, Madison, Florida 32340, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Proposals must be received by the City of Madison in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked, “RFP #2012-1, Proposal for Audit Services, no later than 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., March 2, 2012 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
